About the Clan - organization, ranks

Many people, including me, may be confused by two questions mentioned in topic subject, so I would like to clear up them.
1. I see that there exist few different Sparta clans: Spartans_Phalanx, Spartans_Cavalry, Spartans_Agoge & Spartans_Elite_Guard. Is there any differences between them (and which if is there any)?
2. buddinghoplite, Sergeant, Captain, Major, General, Head Commander, Administrator, Commander, Master, Paidonomos & Oplarch... what all that ranks mean? And how some of them deserve a star after the rank (also how many stars one need to get higher rank)?

anyway the way we give ranks was something that our founder Chronis did long ago ....

we are all hoplites till
you have 250 victories .
Then you become a Sergeant *(including a *)
for every 250 victories you get a star .When you reach seargant *** + 250 victories you take the rank of the Captain ....then +1000 victories
a Major ..... +1000victories
a Generar

-Admins becomes only the members who have proved they are loyal enough to trust them !

-When a new member comes in our clan despite his victories he is a Budding hoplite , which means he is a trainer and that he needs to prove us he deserves to take his rank
